SHIPPING POLICY:

Each item purchased online is shipped via USPS.

Shipping cost is standard shipping $8.95

Orders ship within 12-48 hours of order and typical delivery time is 2-4 business days.

Local delivery ships within 24-48 hours.

RETURN POLICY:

All returned items must be back to us within 14 business days of the customer receiving the order.

All returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not issue refunds. We do not cover any shipping cost, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Lovely Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
